All small parcels will be sent via Royal Mail free of charge.
For larger products such as furniture alternative delivery will be arranged at cost.
Returns
Returns for custom orders are not accepted unless there has been a manufacturing error or the item has been damaged, in which case the item will be replaced at no extra charge.
